Liability Waiver

Both Delegates and Advisors must submit a liability waver though the form below.

Anyone who does not submit this form by Wednesday, November 19th at 11:59 PM HST will be unable to participate in PacMUN XIV, including all Pre-Conference programming. Please note that no waivers will be accepted on-site unless extenuating circumstances have been communicated before the deadline.

Delegates who fail to complete and submit the liability waiver will not be permitted to participate in PacMUN XIV and will therefore be ineligible for awards. Please be sure to download the document linked below, fill it out in full, and upload it through the Google Form provided.
