Liability Waiver

Both Delegates and Advisors must submit a Liability Waiver through the link below.

Anyone who does not submit their waiver by Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM HST will be unable to participate in PacMUN XV, including all Pre-Conference programming. Please note that no waivers will be accepted on-site unless extenuating circumstances have been communicated before the deadline.

Delegates who fail to complete and submit the Liability Waiver will not be permitted to participate in PacMUN XV and will therefore be ineligible for awards. Please be sure to complete the document in full.
